Product Availability
Items illustrated here and labeled QUICK SHIP will typically be delivered within 7 days or less, after we receive your
purchase order. Items labeled MADE-TO-ORDER will typically be delivered within 90 days or less from receipt of your purchase order.
We are constantly striving to improve our product availability and delivery performance. If you have any questions, we would be happy

Special Orders
In addition to the merchandise illustrated here, we can manufacture special items according to your needs. (Minimum order restrictions
apply.) Your account representative will be glad to analyze your design and construction needs. Special order delivery dates are
determined on an individual basis.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once orders are assigned a reference number, requested changes are subject to our ability to comply. Non-standard fabrics and/or
finishes cannot be canceled once work has begun.

Terms and Conditions
We request full payment 30 calendar days from date of invoice. Please notify us of any order discrepancies in writing within 2
working days of the invoice date, so we can correct the problem. We must issue written authorization before you return any
merchandise, and return shipments are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. Our prices and specifications are subject
to change without notice.

Warranties
Our philosophy is that an organization should take full responsibility for whatever it produces. Our warranty, therefore, covers
workmanship and materials on everything we build. Products returned due to VCE error will be either repaired or replaced free of
charge. However if a problem is clearly not our fault, we cannot accept responsibility. We offer a full five-year warranty on Office
Systems (excluding fabric) and office, dormitory and lounge furniture (excluding fabric and foam). Upholstery fabric and foam and all
other VCE products carry a one-year warranty. If you make a claim under our product guarantee, please be sure to include a copy of the
original invoice or other proof of purchase. Because our wood furniture is handmade and hand-finished, some slight variation in
color, finish and dimension is normal. We cannot offer a warranty on nonstandard materials used at your request. We regret we are also
unable to offer warranties on close-outs, seconds, or items that have been subject to abuse.

Deliveries
Catalog price includes shipping to your delivery dock anywhere in Virginia via VCE truck or common carrier. If special packaging/handling
or unique circumstances are required, we may have to add an additional charge. We also charge extra for installation of large quantities
of dormitory furniture or assembly of large conference tables and the installation of Office Systems. An order is considered
delivered when it is removed from the delivery van. We can bring these items inside your building and install them so long as these
installation instructions are included on your purchase order. We cannot rearrange your existing furniture. If you would like the
order taken inside your building and installed, for an additional fee, be sure to indicate this on your purchase order, along with the
name and telephone number of a contact person. If you prefer, you may pick up your own order with the exception of orders for
Office Systems. (You still pay the catalog price.) Orders, other than Office Systems, may be picked up at the VCE
Distribution Center, 8030 White Bark Terrace (Chesterfield Airport Business Park) in Richmond, on Monday through Friday between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Please confirm your pickup arrangements two working days in advance by calling 804-743-4100.

Product Installation Service Anywhere in the State of Virginia
This service includes; product assembly, set-up and removal of delivery packaging materials for a 6% installation fee.
The 6% installation fee is in addition to current catalog prices and should be shown as a line item on your purchase order.
Large Conference Tables are packaged knockdown which requires on-site assembly. The large conference table installation fee will be
quoted by VCE.
Office Systems Installation: VCE provides office systems furniture installation services which includes;
delivery, assembly and removal of packaging materials for a fee of 13% of the total order. Should you require
installation on a weekend or holiday, the fee is 17% of the total order.
Dormitory Furniture: Due to the unique nature of each dormitory, VCE will provide a price quotation for this service.
Delivery and installation services outside of Virginia will require a VCE price quotation.
Should you need to push back the original installation date for your order more than 30 days, it may be subject to a negotiated storage fee.
