This interactive session brought together members of Virginia Tech’s Architectural Team and office staff for a hands-on learning experience focused on practical, real-world ergonomic solutions. Attendees explored specific strategies to improve workstation setup, reduce physical strain, and support long-term health and productivity. Through live demonstrations, participants saw firsthand how small adjustments—when done correctly—can make a meaningful difference in daily comfort and overall workplace wellness.
