Campers, picnickers, and tailgaters may get rid of their hot charcoal and grill ashes with ease, economy, and safety by using a Hot Coal Bin. There will be no more hot coals dumped on the ground. The Hot Coal Bin is a great addition to campsites for camping, picnics, and tailgating at sporting events. Because of its design, this hot coal bin can be fastened to a concrete platform. Campers can use the top grate to deposit their ashes. Within the Bin, the ashes gather on the concrete platform. When it's time to clean out, open the door and use a flat shovel to remove the ashes. A thorough clean out will be possible thanks to the coal bin's square corners and the level concrete surface. When park maintenance staff cleans out pedestal park grills on a regular basis, they can conveniently dispose of ashes in the Hot Coal Bin. Galvanized steel trash can (31 gallon) optional used internally to catch coals (not included).

Due to extreme inflationary pressures on raw materials and transportation, Virginia Correctional Enterprises will require a 50% deposit on all VCE projects totaling over $500,000, starting July 1, 2023.
The remaining balance due will continue to be paid under current VCE terms. No split-ordering will be accepted in order to artificially place orders under the $500K threshold.

Virginia Correctional Enterprises (VCE) is proud to report that the Commission on Accreditation of the American Correctional Association (ACA) voted to fully re-accredit VCE for three years on January 6, 2024.
ACA accreditation is part of VCE’s commitment to excellence through continuous improvement and ongoing compliance with the ACA Performance-Based Standards for Correctional Industries which address expected practices in correctional industries and include life, health, and safety standards as it pertains to staff and inmates.
The ACA Accreditation process promotes improvement in the management of correctional agencies through the administration of a voluntary accreditation program and the ongoing development and revision of relevant, useful standards. The standards, created and continuously refined by the ACA, represent leading correctional policies, procedures, and practices across all areas of operation.
